When registering your online account, the data you enter must match what we already have on file for you exactly. If, for example, you have moved and are registering an address different to one we hold for you, or using a nickname instead of your full name, your registration will fail. Please ensure that you keep us informed whenever you change any of your details.

When registering your online account, the data you enter must match what we already have on file for you exactly. Please use your previous address to complete registration and then update your current address using the "My Details" page.

If you have not previously registered to use the "My Account" portal then you must first register to get your portal login. During registration we will verify your details and setup your online account. Click here to begin registration.

If you are getting an error message when you are trying to submit your username, it may be that you have been locked out of your account – this happens when your security is submitted incorrectly too many times. Please contact us so we can unlock your account and help you get back online. You will not be able to register a new account to bypass this.

We cannot remind you of your forgotten security information as this is encrypted. If you have forgotten your password and/or memorable word, you can reset this information by clicking “Forgotten your security details?” on the page requesting your security. You may then be asked to call us so that we can authorise these changes.
