Never share your online password, memorable word or One Time Passcode with another person. Not even a Credit Union employee.
Never download software or let anyone log on to your computer or other devices remotely following or during a cold call.
Never enter your Online account details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.
We will never ask you to transfer money from your Clockwise account to a different bank account.
A Credit Union employee will never contact you out of the blue to ask for your PIN, full password or to move money to another account. Always make sure the mobile number you have registered with us is up to date, you can check and update your mobile number using the member portal or mobile app.
What is a One Time Access Code?
A One Time Access Code is a code we use as an additional security measure to confirm your identity when completing certain higher risk activities. For example if you've forgotten your login details or transfer money to a new bank account.
We'll send you a One Time Access Code by text message and you will then enter it online or in our mobile app. This helps us make sure it's really you.
Things you should know
To make sure you can always access your account it's important that you keep your mobile phone number up to date.
