What is a One Time Access Code?

A One Time Access Code is a code we use as an additional security measure to confirm your identity when completing certain higher risk activities. For example if you've forgotten your login details or transfer money to a new bank account.

We'll send you a One Time Access Code by text message and you will then enter it online or in our mobile app. This helps us make sure it's really you.
